Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy  

Shipping costs (which goes by weight and size) depend on where your order is being shipped off to and are added on top of the listing price. Shipping rates are as set by New Zealand Post. 

 

In the event where the actual shipping costs are less than what you paid for shipping, we will refund you the extra costs through the payment method used for your purchase. 

 

If you wish to check what your final shipping costs will be, please do not hesitate to send us a message. 

 

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, undeliverable, and/or change-of-mind packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. 

   

International Shipping  ⎯ Suspended Indefinitely

All international parcels are sent via New Zealand Post International Standard rate which includes parcel tracking. If you want express shipping, this is possible, but will be more expensive than regular shipping rates as it is based on FedEx’s prices.

 

Please note that we are not responsible for any duty, import, taxes, customs etc. charges you may incur. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs. 

 

Please note that current circumstances mean that deliveries can take longer than normal. We estimate parcels to be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but please keep in mind that even more delays can happen due to the COVID-19 pandemic and limitations caused by it. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy 

Due to the handmade nature of all made-to-order crochet products, each item will be unique in their own way. There may be slight variations in them, but that’s what makes them one-of-a-kind. We will make sure that the buyer receives an image of the items prior to shipping to monitor the state and quality each order is dispatched. We take utmost care that your items arrive to you in the same condition it was dispatched. However, any damages to the goods upon delivery is not our responsibility.

 

In this regard, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any item purchased from us, including stationery, prints, and digital products. If you cancel your order, any deposits received prior to cancelation will not be returned.
